The Results:

Big game last Friday! 13 players and more 600 points available, so from the begin there were big chances to have a new leader at the end of the game. And so was! Jan-Willem wins the game with 524 points and 5 hits, followed by Richard with 333 points and 5 hits as well.

 

The Aftermath:

Dion and Irene, at the top of the ranking, could not keep their positions in the last game. They both lose 2 positions and now in pole position we have Jan-Willem (8 positions up) followed by Mark (that touched the leadership for few minutes during the last game). Good improvements for Meilof and Giovanni too: 4 positions up for both. Thanks to his last monster victory, Jan-Willem’s bounty goes from 71.67 (the lowest) to 136.29 (the second highest). The highest bounty is still on Irene’s head (138.83). Best killer: Richard with 6 victims
Now in the tournament we have 16 players, 13 of them played in the last game and 3 of them are new comers. The season is still far from the end but already there is a quite big gap between players: the “over 400″ and the “below 200″.

The Results:

Holidays are over and people came back to… play poker! 10 players in the last game and over 500 points available, enough for end in 1st position. The victory goes to Irene that earns 423 point, followed by Mark and Dion.

 

The Aftermath:

6 newcomers in the last game for a total of 13 players! Just 3 of them improved their position and 7 of them goes down. Irene’s big victory is not enough to reach the pole position, but “just” the 2nd. Indeed Dion’s 3rd position in the last game makes him keep the leadership for just 10 points. Mark keeps the 3rd position.
Highest bounty for Irene with 164.6 points.

The Results:

First game of the Winter-Spring season (the big one)! 7 players fought taking advantage of the several absences because of the Xmas period. The first position goes to Dion with 330 points and 3 kills.

Final game of the season and of 2011. 1st position guaranteed for Lena but podium still reachable for several players. Who is in for poker? Register below!
(Being the last game, it will be on even with less then 5 players)

The Results:

10 players in the 13th game. Last game of the season for both Sulva and Edmund, that used this last chance to improve their final ranking, especially Edmund with the victory and 3 hits that makes in earn 430 point, the 3rd highest score of this season.

The Aftermath:

Amazing improve for Edmund that with his victory goes from 16th to 4th position! Improves even for Sulva, Richard and Oleg by 1, 2 and 2 positions respectively. Bad news for 9 players that lost from 1 to 5 positions. Still unchanged the podium and the bottom of the ranking.

GAME OVER: Lena is the new champion!

Hopes are gone. Lena in the last game increased even more the gap from Jaba to about 1000 points. Because of the actual ranking system, she doesn’t have the mathematical guarantee to be  the winner, because more players => more points, but the only chance for Jaba to be 1st is to have in the last game 22 players… to win… and to kill all of them…
So I think we can already declare Lena the new CASA poker champion!
But still chance to appear in the Hall of Fame for several players! So see you Friday for the last game of the season!
